What the owner likes ....
\"This is a stunning property. We fell in love with it, the moment we first viewed the house. All our friends and family visitors agree. Exmouth is a friendly, fun, town with a great beach, enjoyable social scene and all local amenities, with magnificent countryside and water pursuits on your doorstep. We were exceptionally lucky to find this house with its generous, secluded corner plot and views. Avondale road is a tranquil spot, yet so close to local amenities. The house itself is fantastic - so much space, light and character. We have particularly enjoyed relaxed mornings looking out over the estuary from the comfort of bed; pleasant evenings cooking and entertaining in the kitchen; reading a book in the warmth of the summerhouse; hours spent pottering in the greenhouse and garden. We will miss this house and Devon life, but professional opportunities are calling elsewhere.\"
Bear in mind ....

The property also has a huge loft room which is accessed via a pull down ladder. It has a roof light window providing far reaching views and has oak effect laminate flooring and eaves storage. Another adjoining room provides excellent storage space. The front of the property is accessed via double wooden gates to a tarmac drive (with off road parking for several vehicles) leading to a detached garage. The front garden is bordered by mature hedging and brick walling giving this space seclusion. The rear garden is an oasis of peace and tranquility and is laid mainly to lawn with areas of bedding packed with an attractive array of specimen trees, shrubs, perennial plants and flowers. A small circular pond is situated adjacent to a timber garden room with a pitched roof having light and power. There is an additional drive leading to the rear garden which would be ideal for a boat, caravan or motor home. EPC = E.
