This also leads into the utility and of then of course the garden so whatever the weather, you can enjoy either way. You have one of the best primary schools in St Johns literally just up the road. Another reason why this house has more than meets the eye. The fact you’re not far from the town centre is yet another impressive fact this house can boast! How many houses do you see which are so close to town but at the same time, in the heart of the Ashdown Forest! This is one you have to come and take a look at so call now to avoid the disappointment of missing out!

Putting an annexe on the side was one of the first things I did as I had a relative living in there. Of course this could also be useful if you wanted to give teenage children their own space! The lounge is one of my favourite rooms as it’s so spacious but more importantly, homely. I have loved this house for many years and hope the next owner will love it just as much as I have.
