“It is unique and answered all our requirements, as we were looking for a modern home with lots of light and space – and this place has it all! However, work commitments mean we now need to move away from the area so, sadly, we shall have to leave our lovely home. It has been a wonderful place for our children – our son loves having the top floor virtually to himself, while our daughter enjoys her en suite bedroom and the playroom with its virtually floor to ceiling internal glass windows where she can play happily but we can still see her. The kitchen/dining room is the real hub of the household and we all spend much of our time there – it is a delightful place to relax and entertain our friends and family.
It is a very safe home as the garden is completely enclosed and, when the gates are closed, we never have to worry about the children running around outside as they are completely secure. It is also an ideal spot for local schools as it is easy for our children to walk to school and, when the weather is good, we can wander down to Joss Bay and enjoy the sandy beach and watch the surfers.”
