Moving out to the Surrey countryside from the bustle of city life was perfect for all the family when we decided to move some 8 years ago. We were immediately impressed by the kitchen/diner - with the vaulted ceiling and social living space, it's great for everyone. The previous owner's architect knew how to get the best from his design.

We love the garden just as much - in the summer we sit with a gin and tonic at the bottom of the garden and watch the sun go down. Rowly is great for access to a selection of excellent schools and we can also get to Guildford very easily so it's ideal for commuters.
