As soon as I saw this house I fell in love with it. Its unique with amazing views of St Peters Church giving it a village feel, whilst having easy access to London with up to 8 trains per hour.

Literally only a couple of minutes walk to the station and only a few more to South Croydons restaurant quarter, I will never find a better location. That is why I have not moved for 36 years.
