We just knew immediately that we when viewed this property that this would make the perfect home for us, we could see the potential for expansion of the accommodation and we were totally captivated by the garden and the tree lined aspect.We have enjoyed living here for 16 years, during which time we have extended into the loft, added a single storey rear extension, altered the arrangement of the accommodation and extended the garage, therefore creating a home that suited our requirements.The rear garden was certainly one of the key features that sold the property to us, it almost like having your own park. It provides us with a great sense of privacy and we have often enjoyed sitting outside on the patio relaxing with friends and family over a glass of wine.Our favourite space within the home has been the kitchen/breakfast/family room, it’s certainly the heart and hub of the home as it’s an area where family and friends can come together for cooking, eating and relaxation, we tend to spend most of our time in the kitchen.”
