When we purchased the land for our property some 17 years ago we were completely bowled over by the fantastic views of the countryside and River Crouch. We designed our home to take full advantage of the views from almost every room.

There is a fantastic village community and we have our own church, pub, local convenience shop and village hall which always has plenty going on for all age groups, yet it is so easy to get into the nearby town of Billericay which has some great shops, restaurants, wine and coffee bars as well as some great recreational facilities.

Moving to this location provided us with great access to the countryside for walking and cycling and better choices for the education of our children. Commuting to the City every day was quick and easy with fast and frequent trains from Billericay providing a total home to office journey time of under an hour.

Our house has always been full of family and friends as it is a great home in which to entertain both in the summer and winter. Our children loved growing up in the house and now they are at university it's time for us to downsize and move on.
