Full Details for 5 Bedroom Detached for sale in Sheerness, ME12 :
A fantastic home described by the owner as "a bit like a Tardis", I have to say, I agree. You definitely get a sense of space, both inside and out, better still there is no work to do everything has been updated giving you more time to either relax on the balcony with a glass of wine admiring the view or just enjoy pottering in the garden. There are lots of things to love about this house, far too many to list here but let me give you a taster of what to expect. A great size lounge that can easily hold a big sofa, ideal to sit, relax and watch the TV. There is also a separate dining room for when you are entertaining or just sitting down for dinner as a family. Add the fact every room has been redecorated giving this home a bright and light feel especially the lounge area as the front faces southerly! If you need somewhere for mum and dad, the downstairs space has been created in order to accommodate them. For independence there is a separate access to the potential annexe area, along with a separate lounge. There is also a bedroom with an en-suite shower, plus a utility area with a sink unit, all you would need there, if required, is either a microwave oven or maybe just a cooker depending on your needs.Did I mention the sauna? Well go through the personal door in the hallway to the workshop area and there you will find it, don't forget your towel though!
We had the house built back in 1988 to our own specification. Being a sought after road with lovely views it was the ideal spot for us.One of the things we will most definitely miss are our lovely neighbours and the fact we back onto The Glen. The conservatory was added in 2001 and we arranged the downstairs space to accommodate an en-suite shower room. This allows independent accommodation, which can be accessed separately by a teenager or elderly relative.
