When I was looking to move 12 years ago I initially discounted this house due to it's main road location. By chance my daughter was invited to a play date here and when I picked her up and stepped inside the house I was smitten! I fell in love with the amount of space on offer. With two growing children the versatility of the accommodation and how I could use the rooms was so appealing. I have made a few improvements over the years - fitted wardrobes in the dressing room, added parking at the front of the house, decking in the rear garden and a new boiler in 2008. I put a new liner in the swimming pool when I moved in but that is probably ready to be replaced again. The children have now grown up and I no longer need a house this large.
