East Saltdean is a quiet area and we have loved the fact that we are opposite Telscombe Tye where strolling across the fields is something we have enjoyed as a family. Another benefit is the children’s park around the corner where the children have had some great times.

The house was perfect as the children were growing up as we had our own space but now we don't need as much space we are looking to down-size but are going to stay within Saltdean.
