It was the area that really attracted us as there are schools all around you, local shops just along the road as well as a nice pub which is a great place to relax with your neighbours on a Friday night or Sunday lunch time. There is also a great selection of local supermarkets nearby and just along the road you can jump onto a bus which will take you to Gravesend, Bluewater or Ebbsfeet Ineternational railway station.
The property was just a bungalow when we bought it but we could see its potential so have extended and refurbished to create a good size family home. There is, we feel, room to extend further into the loft space but you should consult the local council or obtain planning permission before taking your plans any further.
