After seeing the show home I was really impressed with the layout of the property and the quality of build. I was keen to secure what I later found out to be “The Wakeford” build type and decided to choose one off plan.

There were a number of plots available at the time, this particular plot attracted me because of it’s position and the size of the plot. Overlooking the green area and pond it has a lovely outlook, and the position of the houses behind means that you are not directly overlooked. The plot is wider to the front giving you extra front garden, and a utility area to the side of the property which is the perfect place to hide away your waste and recycling bins.
