When I first came to see the house, I was so surprised as to how big it was and looking at it from the front didn't do it justice! Having a townhouse layout wasn't something I had ever considered before but I don't think I would have it any other way now!

Having a bedroom downstairs with an en-suite is great for when people come to stay. With a utility area next door, this could easily be transformed into a separate living area for a family member if needed.

Being so close to town but having parking and a garage is a real bonus. Not having to worry about where to park when getting shopping is something I've become quite used to!
