Before moving here we lived in a flat in Sandgate and one of the most important things for us was to find a home which came with parking, as parking in Sandgate is not easy. Not only did this have parking but it had a garage too! Considering we enjoy our water sports and had a boat this came in very useful.

Size and space was also a very important aspect given our family needs and although it does have some outside space in line with most other properties in the area, our garden is without a doubt the beach!
