We were initially bowled over by this property, purely because of the amount of space on offer for the value. With a nice low maintenance rear garden, rooms were spacious and in a central location. We love that the front has a green area and has pedestrian access only, and the no through road makes it feel safe and secure. The master bedroom was extremely spacious and the en-suite was a great add on for us. In 2014, a new boiler was installed and we actually moved location some of the radiators, giving the rooms much more flexibility for having furniture. We have really loved living at the property and have been happy raising our little boy. We are now looking to move closer to family and hope the new owners like our home as much as we have.
