When we first moved here we absolutely fell in love with what the development had to offer. Most Sundays we take the boys around the lagoon and then onto Mercer Lakes which they absolutely love in the summer and autumn months.
The home itself you cannot fault as it's so versatile, you can either have 4 or 5 bedrooms depending what you need. Personally we prefer less bedrooms and love having the top floor as a cinema room.
Merstham and Redhill station are no distance at all and can have you up to London in under 30 minutes. Also the local convenience such as Tesco Express, doctors and vets is a real god send.
