You know what the old saying is, “location, location, location” and this property could not be better placed for everything we needed in Tunbridge Wells. When we were looking for a property we ideally wanted it in the Old Village area but we were so limited with properties that were on the market. When we first saw this house we could see the potential immediately. We have loved living here as a couple and all the way up to our family of 5. We decided to modernise the property by extending the ground floor and removing both of the chimney stacks. This squared every room, allowing flexible access to all of the house. The new layout also gave us 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, whilst keeping the loft space free for use or conversion.
