Being so centrally positioned you really have no need for a car living here. So much is within easy walking distance. The shops, station, beach, schools and so on. Plus bus routes only yards from the door it is perfect for a shopping trip to Canterbury.

In the summer, the garden is lovely. Courtyard style but with a sunny aspect its great for your tan!
