Having a young family it was all about location for us and we were lucky to find a neighbourhood with such a sense of community. Being able to avoid getting the car out for the school run was a real plus as we are in close walking distance to a number of well regarded schools including Banstead Infant, Banstead Community Junior and St Anne's Catholic.
The house has offered our 3 children a chance to each have their own bedroom and the large amount of open floor space has enabled them to play comfortably downstairs.
We are starting a new chapter overseas, so it comes with a heavy heart to sell our beloved home, but are sure the new owners will be just as happy as we have been.
