I have been living for over 23 years and it has served us well as a family.

Once the children came along it was important that we had enough space and we didn't have to be constantly moving around. What really attracted me to this place was the location, size and the potential it had.

Over the years I have made several changes to enhance my home, so it is ready to be occupied straight away. We tend to spend more time as a family in the lounge area, because it is pretty open and very social, and with the big window at the front it means the natural light flows all the way through giving a very airy feeling which is quite uplifting.

It is a very nice neighbourhood along here and all the amenities are more or less on my doorstep, I have the Co-op around the corner for any last minute shopping, if I fancy a day out up London then I know I only have a short distance to travel before I am on the platform.

I would love the new owners to enjoy this home as much as we have.
