We came across this house almost by mistake – but as soon as we saw it we fell in love with it for its spacious rooms, the stylish and practical layout of its kitchen and its fantastic position in the heart of Brighton.
We have tried to show this gracious property the love it deserves and to make subtle improvements - a separate shower room to supplement the large family bathroom, new gas central heating, an alarm, some new double glazing, and to make good on the essentials such as renewing electrics and works to the roof and gutters, but without changing the character that first attracted us to the building. The house is now looking better than ever and we will be sorry to give it up.
