We chose this house because it fully catered for our family's needs. After almost 30 years the time has come to move on; the children have all grown up and flown and the nest and we don't need the space anymore. It will be sad to leave as we have many fond memories living here and the amount of time we have lived here should be an indication of how much we have enjoyed it. The neighbourhood is very friendly, there are schools nearby and via the walkway you can get to the harbour and the beach in only a few minutes. We have made some changes to the house like opening up the lounge and dining areas and there is certainly potential for further improvements to suit the buyer's needs!
