We have had many enjoyable years here. We chose this location as we loved the balance between being connected to local amenities together with almost feeling that we are in the countryside. Our children used to disappear to Highams park to play come rain or shine, and we often entertained in the garden as it's such a lovely big space. The outbuilding has been used for a gym, an office and for the kids and their friends to sleep over when they were younger. Recently we re-applied to have the planning granted to almost double the size of the house which is an option for the new buyer, but our plans have since changed and we have to move on but we will take many happy memories with us.
