Having lived here for over 10 years we have carried out extensive remodelling. This includes in recent years a brand new bathroom suite and boiler and modern kitchen.

Our home offers flexible living over three floors which has enabled us to easily adapt to our expanding family. The house is very conveniently located for the excellent schools, train station and, of course, the glorious Broadstairs beaches.

We are really going to miss the garden as it is a real sun trap that you get to enjoy all day during the summer months.
