We have lived here for around 17 years and was first attracted to the property because we liked the road and it was in a good area for great schools.

Since we have lived here we have added the loft room and the en-suite and if you commute into London it is within walking distance of Billericay station.

The time has come for us to down size as we no longer need 4 bedrooms and because we like Billericay so much we definitely want to stay in this area.
