Full Details for 4 Bedroom Semi-Detached for sale in Chichester, PO20 :
This really is a very versatile home, 4 bedrooms, 2 reception rooms and a kitchen/breakfast room. Maybe you need 3 receptions, and 3 bedrooms, or maybe you need a ground floor bedroom, any which way we look at the home, it just seems to work, so if you are a family then there is plenty of room for all the kids. If you want, you could put them upstairs and you can escape them on the ground floor. What I believe is a particular feature of the home is the kitchen breakfast room, a great social area for coffee and breakfast, open the stable door and feel the morning breeze coming in off the gardens.A great feature upstairs is the Jack & Jill en-suite shower room to bedrooms one and two, so there's no rushing downstairs in the middle of the night to the loo! There is a large office/work study also used for storage. The gardens are a fantastic size, both front and back. The front makes great parking, with a drive and shingled parking areas. The rear is part gravel, part lawn with flower beds and borders and adjacent to the fields, all designed for low maintenance. In the future, you may decide to enlarge the home, there is plenty of room on the side, so maybe you would be able to add a double extension (subject to planning) and really make the home your next 20, 30 or 40 year home.
We really love our home, field views and the village location, which is only 1.5 miles to Chichester. We felt that having the pavement for the children to walk to school or get the bus was very important, we were worried about being at the bottom of a country lane and the children having to walk on the road. The garden have the sun all day and we are a short walk from the excellent primary school, village hall with tennis courts, Walnut tree public house and manor nursery's farm store, we also have the local bus stop if you don't fancy driving. We are surrounded by great walks for the dog and children and around fantastic countryside and shorelines.
