We have made other improvements including putting in a new boiler and converting our garage into a workshop. This could be reverted back if required by the new owners.As we have a large family the loft room has been great for us to get away from the children. We will be sorry to leave our friend and neighbours but have decided to downsize as our family have now mostly flown the nest. We hope the next owners will be happy living here.
