When I first viewed this house, I was impressed by the size and the accommodation on offer. It is versatile and there is plenty of room for all the family to have their own space.

This house is of poured concrete construction so you may wish to consult with your mortgage provider before proceeding any further. It certainly did not put me off, and I bought the house with a mortgage from Lloyds.

There is potential for off street parking to the front, all you would need to do is drop the kerb as the front garden is already suitable for parking a car.
