We bought this house over 20 years ago as we completely fell in love with the convenient location. It's ideal for everything with the town centre on the doorstep so in seconds you can be browsing the antiques shops or enjoying a coffee in one of the many cafes.
Since living here, we have done a great deal of work including converting the loft in an additional bedroom with en-suite. We also had the single storey extension built which gave us even more family space.

Over the years we have rented out the house and it has always been pretty effortless to let due to the size and proximity. We are only selling due to moving out of the area.
