We have spent many happy years living here, the house is brilliantly located, being so close to Reigate station, giving access to London and Reading. There are local convenience shops and it is in easy walking distance to Reigate town centre. Five minutes by car takes you straight on to the M25.
The house is south-facing, giving the surprisingly quiet back garden full exposure to long hours of sunshine.
The downstairs is very practical and easy for entertaining, and the upstairs loft area gives plenty of space.
The friendly neighbours in the other adjacent four houses have also all been here many years. We will be sorry to leave our family-sized house, but we now feel ready to downsize.
