We have owned this lovely home for almost 23 years, and for many years have enjoyed living here and the space the property has on offer.

The location is ideal, this is what really drew us to the house in the first place, being able to walk to the town, Priory Park, great schools and trains, it has really added to the quality of our lives.

In more recent years we have relocated to another country and have managed to produce a healthy income by renting the property out.

We have now decided to sell our investment and concentrate on our life in our new country of residence.
