OWNERS COMMENTS It was a combination of the size of the house, the annexe, the garden and the location that made us choose this as our family home more than sixteen years ago. It was by far the biggest and most versatile property we saw, and it has been a wonderful home to live in. Everything we could possibly need for daily life is close by, including the town centre, excellent transport links across the Island, and local primary and secondary schools. All of the rooms in the house are generous in their size and the layout worked perfectly for us as a family. Now the family has started to fly the nest, it is time to downsize to a smaller home.
