When we moved here some years ago we came from the London area and loved Brentwood because of the town centre and schools. We thought it would be a lovely place for our children to grow up and liked this particular house because of the potential that it offered.
We have extended it to the rear and added a bedroom to the loft, and we think one of the biggest selling features is the amount of family space on offer downstairs.
We'd really like to stay local as we have family in Brentwood and with our children that bit older now we have decided to buy something a little smaller.
