This has been an ideal family home for us over the last few years. We have loved the location – it is perfect for getting into the town and also for the schools which is great for the children. We also enjoy the space at this house. We have converted the basement room to a play room for the kids but this could easily be an office or a separate living space, which some of our neighbours have chosen to do.

Originally our daughters had their bedrooms upstairs next to ours which was very practical but now they are a little older they can have their own rooms each up on the second floor, giving us a fantastic guest room now.
