We picked the property plot off plan as we felt this particular house was in the best location on the development. The house is ideally situated at the rear of the road in a quiet spot and not overlooked. The garage and driveway at the front were also a huge selling point for us, also the private side access and slightly wider garden. We have enjoyed our time in the house but have decided to move closer to family in Whitstable. This is a great family home with plenty of living space with three toilets, ideal for day to day living. The garden is a great space, we have landscaped to provide a pleasant area to enjoy the sun throughout the day where the children can enjoy playing. We will be sad to leave but feel like now is the right time.
