When I redesigned the property I wanted to make the kitchen layout work for a family whilst also incorporating a separate utility room and shower room into the design. Having children myself I felt it was important to have the extra downstairs toilet and shower especially if one wanted to utilise the extra room downstairs as a fourth bedroom and I even rewired and replastered the property to make sure that it was a really good finish.

I certainly didn't want to neglect the garden and I put a lot of effort into presenting it nicely so that it matched the house and people could view the property knowing that they would be able to move in without lifting a finger.
