I had friends in the area and I wanted to leave London so East Grinstead became a logical choice.
Since moving I've added the annexe (including it's own entrance), which includes a living/kitchen area and a shower room. The extension has also given us flexibility to use the utility room which has been added too.
I have also added a new boiler and changed the internal layout to incorporate the kitchen and dining room in one.
I have also gained planning permission to extend the rear of the property (planning reference to follow) and have already had footings added.
I'll miss the light, the space and the convenience of living here.
