I bought this property brand new 45 years ago, so I guess you can say 'It's only had one careful owner!'. Over the years I have replaced the windows, gas central heating, kitchen, bathroom, driveway and several times the interior decor.

The time has come for me to downsize, but as I love the area so much I intend to stay local as the community spirit is brilliant, something I cannot live without.
