Full Details for 4 Bedroom Semi-Detached for sale in Herne Bay, CT6 :
Without any doubt, this family home is one of the best we have seen for many years and is a shining example of how clever design and immaculate presentation can be combined to create the perfect property. Its versatile layout and additional rooms enable the modern family to exist with ease, and with the refinement that usually only a much dearer house would offer. As well as having separate lounge and dining room areas, an "L" shaped kitchen / family room forms the hub of the house and opens into a conservatory which overlooks the fantastic size garden.A conversion at second floor level has created 2 bedrooms giving 4 in total, and all of a good size, one with en suite. First impressions are important and as you enter the property, solid oak flooring sets the tone and you would be right to have high expectations for this house, and the more you see, the more the bar is raised.Heating and electrical systems have been renewed and a well performing secondary school lies to the rear, therefore well within any reducing catchment area. The kitchen is stunning with many built in appliances and a garage conversion offers 2 further areas yet still leaves a large driveway for off road parking.Do not miss this opportunity, it really is a "one in a million." So much of the home is new and improved
We bought this property in 2006 and knew from the very start what its potential was and began to plan the best way to maximise its space. The loft conversion turned out to be easier than we expected and has created space beyond our dreams. We have finished the property to a high standard, including granite work surfaces, solid oak flooring and a new fibre glass flat roof.It feels very homely and has been great for our family, but we now are relocating to a different county and can only hope to find such a fabulous home again. We are very proud of it.
