Having been here 9 years, we will be really sad to see this property go. We moved from a one bedroom flat and when we saw the size of this property we knew instantly it was the one. The entrance hall alone was nearly as big as our flat!
We have raised two children here and always had plenty of room.
There are great views from the living room over Walderslade which is perfect on firework night, no need to stand in the cold to watch.
Since we have been here we have done a bit of work to the house, including soffits and fascias, a new roof, and a front porch and new carpets throughout.
We just hope the new owner loves it and appreciates the size as much as we do.
