We bought our home twenty six years ago and brought up our two boys here where they could walk to school and were in the local football team. It is a great spot where you have all you need on the doorstep. We call this our party home where we have had seventy people round; it’s fantastic for entertaining especially at Christmas and New Year. Our garden grape vine has produced up to 36 bottles of home-made red wine a year so it obviously loves the sunny sheltered garden!

It’s a friendly neighbourhood where there are carols on the Green at Christmas and lovely country walks on the doorstep. We are moving to relocate to the Lake District and can sell ‘chain free’ to keep things simple.
