This spacious and sunny house has been our family home for over 50 years. A wonderful place to raise 5 children, it also provided a delightful home in retirement and a welcoming retreat for the many grandchildren visiting from around the globe. The large garden has been much appreciated by 3 generations of trike riders, cricket players, sunbathers, paddling poolers, vegetable growers and fruit pickers!
It’s a great location with local shops and amenities just a 5 minute walk away and Banstead Village and the delights of Epsom Downs a handy 5 minutes by car.
