We were lucky enough to be involved with the development when it was built and decided that we wanted to have the whole of the top floor. It has been an amazing home and one filled with happy memories. We love watching winter storms over the Solent and the yachts in the summer, as it is an ever changing view.
It has all of the luxury of our previous house without the upkeep. If we go away, the extended security shutters and locked lift access make it very safe. It is supremely quiet here and the balcony is a wonderful space to just relax overlooking the pitch and put and the beach. The neighbours and community of the block is great and as we are all part owners of the block and run our own maintenance which keep our costs down too.
