OWNERS COMMENTS I have lived here very happily with my family for eight wonderful years now and if I wasn't looking to downsize to a smaller home I would love to stay here for at least another eight years! The location in particular was a big draw for me, being close to the beach was very important, as was the size of the property throughout. Having the private garden was also an added bonus. The amount of bedrooms and having the additional shower room is brilliant for when guests come over to enjoy a few days beside the seaside.
