18 years ago my family and I decided to down size from our large family home in to a smaller one. We were looking for a house but happened to stumble across this property as a friend of a friend was looking to sell. The moment we walked through the door we knew it was the one, it was home. I had seen nothing like this ever before, it was built on the site of an old girls school.
Its time for me to down size now to something I can manage better, I will miss the convenient transport links, the space and the storage. I do however know that the new owners will be welcomed by my lovely neighbours. I really hope it is a wonderful family home for them just like it has been for me.
