We bought this house for the sheer amount of space it offered and the great value for money that it represented. We needed space both upstairs and downstairs that had to be flexible as we had planned to turn the dining room into a bedroom and created a downstairs toilet and shower room for an elderly relative. We also desperately wanted to get back to Pembury, a village that we missed after having moved away. The village shops around the corner offer so much and it is so handy to have Tesco so close to hand. The primary school was and is really good and the secondary schools brilliant for our children. Tunbridge Wells is a superb town to have nearby, the A21 is so easy to get to and you are spoilt for choice for stations to London.
