This place has been my home for over 33 years and it has served me well.

I love the convenience of the location, the garden was child friendly, the space and also the double garage. Having this level of parking arrangements here, is almost priceless for this location.

The property also had potential which we've now explored adding the porch, downstairs toilet at the same time increasing the living area.

I really do think it's a family home which is too big for me now, so it's time to move on. All the happy memories I can take and I do hope the new owners will enjoy their own as much as I have.
