Being in the building trade, I was looking for a run down house with lots of potential that I could use my skills on to transform into a lovely modernised home. As soon as I saw this one, I knew it was the one. I have spent the last year turning my vision into a reality, and am delighted with what I have created. We absolutely love living here, in particularly with the open planned kitchen/living area as it is such a social space and has been perfect for entertaining. Even when we are in the kitchen, you feel you're part of the group. We also love the garden as it is so private and we have had some great parties, and the parking has been a real asset. We now want a new project to take on but it is now time for us to move and for someone to enjoy living here as much as we have.
