What attracted me most to this house was the location. I love to be able to walk through the square to the Royal Esplanade and to the harbour & beach, and the children can walk to school easily from here. Whilst I have been here I have re- furbished most of the house; I have sanded and polished many of the floors, put in a new kitchen, bathroom and shower room, re-plastered many of the walls, and restored the original fireplaces; and redecorated the house throughout. I am looking to down size but stay local and hope the next owners enjoy the house as much as I have done.
