What the Owner says:

Having been originally attracted to the history and diversity of the Lewes scene, finding this house was simply the icing on the cake.
Raising my family here, my children have benefited from enjoying their own space in the house. It was easy for them to gain extra independence by easily getting themselves about with the good transport links here, there is also a bus stop just up the road with links between Brighton and Tunbridge Wells.
They have now flown the nest, so I do not require such a large family home. Because I love my property so much, I had plans drawn up to divide the property into two separate maisonettes, but in the end decided it was time for me to look for pastures new.
